Llama trekking in winter
You can experience a special hike at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser:
The meeting point is the Koglhof farm, which the locals like to call the "llama farmer". The reason for this is "llama mum" Ruth, who keeps over 30 llamas there together with her family. The winter hike leads directly from the farm in Ellmau into the romantic winter landscape of the Wilder Kaiser. Everyone is allowed to lead a llama - a special experience for all animal lovers (children accompanied by an adult)! If you like, you can also buy home-made products such as blankets or soap.
