The KaiserWelt Scheffau is located between the top station of the Scheffau-Brandstadl 8-passenger cable car and the Brandstadl mountain restaurant.

Just beyond the KaiserWald castle gate, visitors of all ages can enjoy a castle wall, climbing wall, tree huts, playground equipment and so much more. Enter a world of adventure as you discover the secrets of the forest. In the adjacent KaiserWelt play realm, play and romp to your heart's content and in the craft room,where you can let your creativity run free!

Keen to have breakfast in the morning sun? The Jochstub'n, Kummereralm, Au Hoch-Alm, Tanzbodenalm and Neualm mountain inns serve delicious breakfast on the mountain so you can start your day at the KaiserWelt play realm on the right foot.

Important information

The KaiserWelt play realm is readily accessible via the Brandstadlbahn cable car in Scheffau. The 8-passenger gondola lift is pram and wheelchair accessible. The valley station is located next to the Lofererstraße B178 and offers sufficient free parking for an enjoyable day on the mountain.

In addition to the KaiserWelt play realm, the Jochstub'n lake is considered a popular excursion destination starting from the Brandstadl mountain restaurant. At the lake you can hike, play and enjoy the impressive view and picturesque surroundings. From the comfort of a deckchair, let your gaze wander over the Wilder Kaiser mountain range and the Kitzbühel Alps. Breathe deep, find inner peace and leave the cares of everyday life behind you.

Both you and your dog are welcome at the KaiserWelt Scheffau. However, please keep your four-legged friend on a lead and always take good care of him. Dogs are not allowed in the water and doggie droppings must be picked up and removed immediately.
