Guided Hike from Scheffau to Gruttenhütte

We hike from Scheffau via the "Wegscheid Almen" along the panoramic trail "Wilder Kaiser Steig" to the beautifully situated Gruttenhütte at 1.620m. We are rewarded with magnificent views over the entire region and the highest peaks of the Kaisergebirge. After a stop for refreshments, we head downhill to the Wochenbrunneralm. From there we return with the hiking bus & KaiserJet.

Equipment: good physical condition, good walking shoes, sun- or wet weather clothes, hiking sticks, drinks and a snack

Difficulty level: moderate, total walking time aprox. 5 h, the hike requires good physical condition and some experience when walking along narrow, rocky paths

The guided hikes change weekly between the hike from Scheffau to Gruttenhütte and the mountain tour to the Sonnenstein.

Cancellation fee: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the activity program, after that 100% of the costs will be charged. If the program does not take place, there are no cancellation fees.
