Pölvenau circular route

Description

The starting point is the Franzlhof recreational facility. Start in a northerly direction and hike past the camping ground. At the turnoff "Kurve Franzlbank" turn right and always follow the signs towards Schwoich. On idyllic hiking trails you pass the Pölvenalm until you reach the Haberland farm. Here you take the path no. 5/60 to the right in the direction of Söll. After a short stretch on the road, turn left and hike through the forest until you reach the Oberstegen inn. From here, follow trail no. 57 in the direction of Moorsee lake and via the "Kaltes Loch" rise back to the starting point.

The composition of the trail varies between asphalt, forest road, meadow path.

Public transport
KaiserJet/Postbus stop “Söll Dorf” – followed by approx. 10-minute hike to the hiking starting point (Franzlhof leisure centre). More information at: www.wilderkaiser.info
Arrival by car
Heading from Wörgl, Kufstein or St. Johann on the B178 road, take the exit to Söll and then take the exit to Söll centre (“Söll, Zentrum”) at the roundabout. Drive straight through the village and bear right before the “Giovanni” pizzeria. Follow the road until you reach the hiking starting point at the Franzlhof leisure centre.
