  Heading from Wörgl or Kufstein on the B178 road, take the first exit to Ellmau and then take the first exit at the roundabout. Driving towards the centre of Ellmau, turn right when you reach the Intersport Winkler sports shop (located on the left-hand side) and follow the green signs leading towards the Hartkaiserbahn gondola lift. Heading from St. Johann on the B178 road, take the second exit to Ellmau and then take the second exit at the roundabout. Driving towards the centre of Ellmau, turn right when you reach the Intersport Winkler sports shop (located on the left-hand side) and follow the green signs leading towards the Hartkaiserbahn gondola lift.
