Our story started in 1855 - the oldest shop in the region until May 4, 2018 - The building in which the Krummerei is today, is considered one of the oldest houses in Söll. Located in the middle of the village, the great-great-grandfather of Anita Schernthanner, Leonhard Oberhauser called "Häuslkrummer" opened his general store in 1855 at this location. The business flourished for many decades and locals and guests supplied themselves with the necessary daily necessities for food and goods such as milk, soap or nails. With his diligence, the "Häuslkrummer" laid the foundation for the success of the Schernthanner families today. In addition to the crookedness, whose name pays homage to the founder of the company, the family is also heavily involved in tourism. In the house of the "Krummerei" there are also two apartments the "Dorfappartment".

Fresh regional and seasonal dishes - Highest quality is our claim, on which we like to be measured. We serve only selected fresh local produce. Our cuisine is inspired by the seasons. A variety of drinks you will only find exclusively with us. The compilation is deliberately attuned to the food.

The shop in the restaurant - Following the tradition of the "Häuslkrummer" we have also set up a small sales shelf in the Krummerei. Since we produce a variety of food and products ourselves, we offer these in addition to enjoyment also for sale. Whether pasta, bread, wine, marmalade, chutney or freshly roasted coffee: you will surely find a small gift or a delicacy for your loved one.
