Description

Have pleasant and relaxing holidays in one of our comfortable apartments, families are welcome.
Enjoy the amazing view from the apartment’s balcony over the village of Soell and the magnificent mountain panorama where you have a direct look on the “TV- Bergdoctor’s home”.
It is about 10 minutes to go to the village centre, shuttle bus to ski Station in about 200 m.
Right in front of our house there runs along a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail.
In summer you can start your hiking tours on the so-called “Sonnseitweg” (sunny side path), a pathway that goes just alongside the back of our house.

Our three apartments are on the first floor.

The apartement (35 m²) was built at the groud floor in 2019. It is ideal for 2-3 adults or a family with 1 or 2 children.

An excess to the garden in the summer and a car-port are right in front of your holiday flat. The walking distance to the village centre is no longer than 5-10 minutes and the next ski-bus stops within approx. 5 minutes walk. In the summer the so called "Kaiser Jet" bus stops there to bring you to the lifts and lakes or swimming pools of the area Wilder Kaiser.

Your host

Nun möchte ich euch gerne unsere Großfamilie vorstellen.

Angefangen mit:

Ursula, von allen Uschi genannt, ist das Urgestein des Hauses und die gute Fee, die dafür sorgt, dass unser Garten und die Balkone durch wunderschöne Blumen und Pflanzen einem blühenden Meisterwerk gleichen. Zudem liebt sie es, ihr großmütterliches Herz in Form von Dekorationen im gesamten Haus zu präsentieren und ihre Enkel zu verwöhnen. Sie besitzt ein umfangreiches Pflanzenwissen und bildet sich auch gerne in ihrer Freizeit darüber fort. Ihre gesellige Art, werdet auch ihr kennen lernen, und euch dadurch stets willkommen und zu Hause fühlen.

Hans ist der liebende Großvater und kümmert sich um alle Belange rund ums Haus. Er gründete das Haus Mayerl im Jahre 1979 und sorgt seither mit Leib und Seele (wortwörtlich) mit seiner Gattin Uschi für das Wohlbefinden seiner Familie und unserer Gäste. Mit seiner Ruhe entlockt er so manchem Gast ein Lächeln und schenkt euch stets ein offenes Ohr. Er liebt es mit seinen fünf Enkeln rund ums Haus zu werkeln. Übrigens ist er Katzenflüsterer, vor allem bei unserem Kater Pauli, aber dazu später mehr.

Daniela ist die Schwiegertochter von Uschi und Hans und verzauberte mit ihrer fröhlichen und direkten Art im Jahre 2000 das Herz ihres Mannes Christian. Sie ist für die administrativen Dinge zuständig. Außerdem hat sie bei kleineren Notfällen stets die passenden Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung, sei es ein Pflaster für Wunden oder die Seele (vielleicht ein kleiner Schnaps?) oder einfach einer Pinzette für den eingezogenen Holzschiefer. Daniela kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste - egal, worum es geht - und ist somit Anlaufstelle für Beschwerden, Sorgen und Lob (am liebsten letzteres). Nebenberuflich arbeitet sie als Evolutionspädagogin und Aroma Kinesiologin und bietet auch Raindrop-Anwendungen (Aromaöle von YL) an. Ihr Mann Christian bezeichnet sie liebevoll als die "Hexe".

Christian ist der Sohn von Uschi und Hans sowie der Ehemann von Daniela. Er ist der ruhende Pol und liebt es, mit Hündin Sia zu wandern und abseits der Pfade die Natur zu genießen. Sein Herz schlägt für das Tourengehen und Radeln. Werden Anregungen zu möglichen Touren oder Radrunden gesucht, ist Christian der richtige Ansprechpartner für Insidertipps. Er arbeitet im Sägewerk und liebt das Element Holz. Daraus entstehen in letzter Zeit liebevolle Dekorationen und Gartenmöbel. Er plante auch den Um- und Zubau des Hauses in den Jahren 2002 und 2019 und setze diese großteils mit eigenem Arbeitseinsatz um.

Nicolas ist Danielas und Christians ältester Sohn und mittlerweile 18 Jahre alt. Er ist leidenschaftlicher Crosscountry-Radfahrer. Beim Eggerwerk St. Johann in Tirol macht er eine Lehre zum Maschinen- und Metallbautechniker. Außerdem brennt er für Sport und hat ein Faible für Computerspiele. Er ist auch für jeden Jux seiner jüngeren Cousins zu haben.

Nadja ist das zweite Kind der Mayerls, 16 Jahre alt und eine große Tierfreundin, was die Hündin und der Kater des Hauses sehr genießen. Aufgrund ihrer außergewöhnlichen Erfolge im Taekwondo-Sport wurde sie schon mit 10 Jahren im Leistungszentrum Tirol aufgenommen und durfte im Jahr 2021 bei der Junioren Europa Meisterschaft in Tallin - Estland teilnehmen. Neben dem Sport schlägt ihr Herz für die Glasfachschule in Kramsach, die sie seit September 2021 besucht und für die Fotografie. Sie findet stets Motive, die von ihr abgelichtet werden.

Pauli ist der Kater des Hauses und liebt es, auf den Schultern von Hans zu chillen (kein Scherz). Er ist 13 Jahre alt und ein alter "Hase" - ähm, Kater.

Sia ist die schwarzfellige, edle Hündin, die gerne voreilig bellt, aber super lieb ist. Mit ihren fünf Jahren ist sie noch sehr jung. Daniela adoptierte sie aus dem Tierheim. Seither bekommt die Hündin Liebe und Zuneigung von allen Seiten.
