We find everything we need outside: slopes for runs, stones for weights, gentle alpine meadows for exercises - always surrounded by fresh air. Tuesday: in the morning from 8:30 am - 9:30 am and in the evening from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Thursday: in the evening from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Meeting point: Public parking at community hall Scheffau, Dorf 45, 6351 Scheffau
Suitable for: Adults and young people aged 16 and over who enjoy movement
