Forest bathing in winter? Yes, of course!
Well wrapped up and with warm tea in our luggage, we enjoy nature in winter. Now the air is particularly clear and nature is particularly quiet. The snow-covered forests muffle our steps and after a fresh snowfall we sometimes discover traces of the forest's inhabitants. At the same time, we strengthen our immune system and do something good for our health. To make the most of the positive effects of forest bathing, our forest fairy Sabrina will guide you accordingly.
