Train with your own body weight and effectively strengthen all important muscle groups. After the energetic warm-up, we start with an intensive mix of classic and functional strengthening exercises. We improve our mobility, coordination and balance. After a sweaty 40 minutes, we end our lesson with Stretching & Cool Down.
Registration: until 05:00 p.m. the day before online or at one of the Tourist information offices of the region
Participants: min. 4 people, max. 10 people
Costs: € 15,00 appreciation contribution per person | payment in cash directly at the supplier (on site)
You need: sporty clothes, water bottle, small towel, clean training shoes (or you train barefoot), yoga mat (if you have your own, otherwise they will be provided)
Duration: from 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.

Getting to the event: We ask you to arrive in an environmentally friendly way! By public transport or the Kaiserjet (free of charge with the Wilder Kaiser GuestCard), on foot or by bike.
If something unforeseen happens, a free cancellation is possible until the day before at 12:00 noon.
You will receive the Wilder Kaiser GästeCard free of charge on arrival at your accommodation in the towns of Going, Ellmau, Scheffau and Söll, this must be shown at the meeting point.
