Our vacation apartment with a direct view of the Wilder Kaiser is located in the Berghof in Ellmau directly on the ski slope. Ski-in/Ski-out in the main season. The Berghof is an apartment building with 134 vacation apartments. An elevator is available. Free parking in front of the house door. Snow chains required in winter.
Our apartment Top 22 is located on the 1st floor and has just been renovated and furnished to a high standard.It has a living room with double bed and open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). Balcony with mountain panorama view of the Wilder Kaiser. Bathroom with shower and WC. Another sleeping possibility (bunk bed suitable for 2 persons) is in the separate corridor which is separate from the living room.Flat-TV with media library, WLAN can be used free of charge.

Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
The popular ski and vacation resort Kitzbühel is only 17 kilometers away. You will find a supermarket within a radius of 1 km and the Hintersteiner See is about 10 minutes by car from the Berghof. The center of the village is about 700 meters away.
