Miriam loves a woman: Emily. And Emily is pregnant. The couple fulfill their desire to have a child by getting the “necessary ingredients” from a sperm bank. And they maintain a close and friendly relationship with Ralph, the donor. Sarah, Miriam's mother, has been initiated and shocked and now has the task of explaining it to her conservative father Abraham. However, her mother's attempts to enlighten him fail miserably. Can the conservative patriarch override all prejudices when it comes to love for his child and his family? A masterfully well-written comedy that deals with the topics of “same-sex relationships” and “same-sex parents” in a wonderfully light and humorous way.
