Yoga stands for connection. The connection with yourself and everything around you. I myself have been following the path of yoga for almost 20 years. In 2020 I did my 200h yoga teacher training with Gabriela Bosic (according to the Yoga Alliance). Since then, I have been teaching at OM&CO and the Stanglwirt, among other places, and I continue to train. My style is characterised by my teachers Annika Isterling, Babra No, Gabriela Bosic, Tania Wimmer and their teachers.

What awaits you: An active yoga practice, tailored to your personal level, full of joy and lightness and afterwards the good feeling of having done something for yourself. Depending on the weather, we can do the classes indoors or outdoors. I will bring mats and other props.
