ELLMAU’S FIRST SHOW DISTILLERY – “MÜHLBERG REM” We combine old artisanal traditions with modern recipes. As a fine spirit sommelier, Wolfgang Kaufmann is an ambassador of good taste and introduces you to the world of spirits and fine aromas with his high-proof Tirolean creations Our range includes classic fine spirits such as apple, pear and plum, together with rare delicacies such as sloe, chokeberry and mountain hay. Fruity liqueurs like mango, apricot and blueberry are ideal for those with a sweet tooth. And our special passion is for Mountain Gin and Mountain Rum: two unique creations masterfully crafted in Tirol with love and dedication. At Mühlberg Rem, we are happy to give visitors a closer look at our production processes. The show distillery has a traditional Tirolean parlour where you can taste our range of high-proof spirits and gain fascinating insight into our work as specialists in the field. Visits and tasting sessions available at all times (even in the interim season) – arrangements must be made by telephone!
