The Erber fine brandy factory is the oldest copper boiler distillery in Tyrol and has been producing exquisite fine brandies, schnapps and spirits in the Brixental since 1651.
For many years, the distilling process has been based on the double distillation method and distilled in copper kettles. Copper is the only metal that has the property of retaining undesirable substances and sulphur compounds. You can taste this difference.
Our high quality standards also apply to the selection of fruit and raw materials. We only use healthy, fully ripe and clean fruit from regional cultivation areas in Austria and South Tyrol.
