Winter hiking route Hochsöll

Description

From the top station of the Hexenwasser gondola lift, hike west towards the Stöcklalm. Along the way, you will pass the Hexenhaus by the pond. Then hike in two serpentines towards Söll, briefly cross the ski slope and continue slightly downhill to the right of the ski slope to the Stöcklalm. From here, take the short Mondrodelbahn/family run downhill. Just behind the stable, turn onto the road and hike around the Salvenmooser Kogel back uphill towards Hochsöll (road). A stop at the Gasthof Salvenmoos with a view of the Hohe Salve is recommended before descending again slightly to the top station of the gondola lift.

Arrival by car
Heading from Wörgl, Kufstein or St. Johann on the B178 road, take the exit to Söll and then take the exit to Hexenwasser theme park (SkiWelt cable car valley station) at the roundabout. Before reaching the cable car valley station, turn left and drive across the bridge. You will then come to the hiking starting point and the cable car parking facilities. Use the gondola to go to the middle station Hochsöll.
