From here, you can enjoy the stunning view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Brandstadl.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out sofa. It has an open connection to the living area, by which it seems very bright.

The living and dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine as well as a stove with 4 ceramic hobs and oven. Here, you can also find a 55“ Smart TV with fast Wi-Fi.

The modern bathroom has a spacious shower and a spacious sink.  

The valley station to reach the Skiwelt.at is within short distance and can be easily reached by car or bus, which stops right in front of the house, or by a 15 minutes’ walk. Here you can not only go skiing during the day, but also in the night on some days and you can as well find 2 toboggan runs. In summer, you can easily reach the Hexenwasser from there – a paradise for all children and adults. Furthermore, the “Bergdoktor house”, which is known from the famous TV series, can be easily reached.
