In recognition of your efforts, the Wilder Kaiser region will reward you with a hiking pin, the perfect souvenir for a summer full of hiking adventures! Head hiking and experience the Wilder Kaiser region for yourself. Collect stamps as you enjoy a variety of rustic and cosy huts, sensational viewpoints and scenic highlights.

You are eligible for one hiking pin per stay from one of the tourist infos in the Wilder Kaiser region. During your next stay, you can continue collecting points in addition to those already redeemed.

Download the free app »register » to collect points throughout the Wilder Kaiser region and reward yourself after successful hikes with digital hiking pins in bronze, silver and gold or with the Wilder Kaiser hiking medallion. The crowning achievement of your holiday, the Wilder Kaiser hiking pins or the hiking medallions are available from the tourist information offices in Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll (for a contribution towards expenses of €3.00). After activation of the digital hiking pin, you will receive the respective pin as well as a small souvenir in the four information offices (contribution towards expenses € 3.00).

But wait there’s more: you can use the SummitLynx app to register via GPS on all of the world's peaks you have climbed and keep your personal, virtual summit book.

The SummitLynx app also works offline. Map data is pre-loaded onto your iPhone or Android smartphone during installation. Entries are cached in the app in case there is no network coverage and are synchronised with the server once a data connection is available. This means there are no roaming costs for you while abroad!
